GOBioBased™
Zoo Cleaner is formulated to dissolve hard to remove organic matter such as
blood, food stuffs, vomit, feces, urine, dirt, grease, etc. and yet still safe for
animals. ZOO Cleaner Concentrate is hypoallergenic, non-toxic, non-fuming, non-irritating,
effective and safe for humans and animals. This product is safe to use outdoors, it will
not harm grass, flowers, plants, trees or shrubs.
Effective Combination of Ingredients:
100% BioBased Ingredients- alkanolamines, amino acids, corn oil, nonionic surfactants,
plant based fatty acids and organic alcohol in a base of colloidal micelles.

Cleaning Applications: Use as an all-purpose cleaner or a per-cleaner before disinfectant
use; reducing the use of disinfectants. Clean exam tables, walls, floors, utensils,
furniture and offices, cages, dens, enclosures, concrete pads, floors, walls, bedding
areas, fences, feed and water bowls and toys, glass enclosures. No ammonia, No harsh
fumes, No toxic chemicals!

Highly Concentrated: 1 Gallon Concentrate makes 16 gallons of Ready to Use Cleaner!
This highly concentrated cleaning solution can be used at dilution as strong as 15:1 or as gentle as 128:1.
The following dilutions are general recommendations, adjust as needed.
General Cleaning: 1 to 2 oz per gallon of water
Medium Cleaning: 4 oz per gallon water
Heavy Cleaning: 8 to 10 oz per gallon water
Extremely Dirty: 14 to 16 oz per gallon of water

How to Apply: Can be used in pressure washers, foamers, steam cleaners, or simply
spray, wipe and rinse. Safe for use on any surface including concrete, metal, aluminum,
fabrics, vinyl, rubber, painted surfaces, leather, etc.
Physical Properties: Made from plants & vegetables. Non-toxic, non-fuming,
non-corrosive, non-hazardous, non-caustic, non-flammable, carcinogen-free, readily biodegradable.
